Movement On The Ground is looking for an experienced Fundraiser to join our team in Athens. If you have the skills and experience to support our dynamic Greek projects aimed at dignifying refugee reception in Athens and the North Aegean Islands, we welcome you to become a part of our team.
Movement On The Ground
We are a non-profit organization established in 2015, and in the center of all our missions stands the Camp to CampUs philosophy. This model harnesses the skills, experience, talents and ideas of residents to transform refugee settings into safe, healing, and sustainable environments. By providing the right tools and resources, we empower people to take control over and improve their living conditions, whether in camps, shelters or areas affected by natural disasters.
At MOTG, Camp to CampUs is a way of life, a working method, and a philosophy that has proven to be globally applicable to contribute to the dignified reception of refugees.

Your work environment will be fast-paced, demanding, and filled with challenges. To succeed, you will need to be both analytical - able to research grant opportunities and draft written proposals - and charismatic - able to develop strategic relationships with key individuals in grant-making organisations.
